What to Bring/Wear for Yoga Class?

 Yoga Connections recommends :

  • comfortable T-shirt and long pants that allow you to move and stretch freely
  • personal yoga mat if you have or it can be purchased from our studio
  • lessons are done in bare feet (no footwear)
  • to avoid a heavy meal 3-4 hours before practice
  •
